Limits on the amounts of documentation that we can send per request

Because of mailing considerations and the amount of work involved, we limit the volume of materials sent in response to each request. The limits are:

Documents: no more than 80 pages total

Books: no more than three

Folders: no more than five

Note that ARIS does not send books or entire folders. Instead, we send copies of sections that match your interests, as expressed by your search paths and comments.

If you find you need more than we are able to send, try to reduce your request to the most important items by looking at their detail. You may also use the 'comments' field when you submit your request to explain to ARIS any special considerations. And you can always submit another request later.
